CBRE GWS Singapore is seeking a Contract Commercial Manager to lead contract governance for CBRE Data Center Solutions. You will ensure templates, reviews, and approvals are followed, acting as the primary commercial contact with the client and supporting fast, clean contract execution.

You will work with operations and account teams to align quotations with approved templates, monitor key dates, and maintain accurate contract records.

Competenze

• Experience reviewing client contract documents against templates or standard terms.
• Knowledge of commercial contracts in facilities management or professional services environments.
• Ability to manage contract lifecycle including approvals, execution, and filing.

Mansioni

• Own contract governance and contracting for the designated contract or line of business.
• Be the day-to-day contracting contact for the client and ensure quotations enable clean contract flow.
• Promote compliance with governance policies and standard templates; advise on template updates.
