Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a regional commercial lead for APAC DCS to educate, influence and advise stakeholders on commercial best practices, driving long-term growth and profitability.

The role leads commercial negotiations, contracting, policy compliance, and stakeholder training while supporting transitions of new wins and managing risk across a regional/global footprint. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
• At least five years in a commercial role with contract management experience in facilities management.
• Sales‑focused negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.
• Able to work independently in regional/global organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen and risk mitigation across contracts and operations.

Responsibilities

• Agree contracts in a timely manner to mutual satisfaction.
• Lead commercial negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote compliance with contracting policy and standards.
• Educate internal stakeholders on commercial best practices and training.
• Provide commercial guidance at tender stage and during contract life cycle.
• Develop bespoke training for large accounts and present at management meetings.
