Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in Singapore is seeking a Product Capacity Specialist to support execution of the global capacity strategy by partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Operations to assign and manage inventory (space and power) against revenue opportunities. This role acts as a key operational link between sales pipeline demand and data center inventory availability.

The Specialist ensures capacity is allocated in alignment with governance standards, supports utilization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in inventory management, capacity planning, reporting, or analytics.
• Experience in data center, cloud, telecom, or infrastructure-focused orgs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Allocate space and power in line with capacity policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering and Operations.
• Validate availability and manage holds, reservations and commits.
• Provide timely confirmations and flag allocation risks.
• Monitor utilization and identify opportunities to optimize inventory.
• Prepare data inputs for capacity reviews and planning forums.
