Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Lead to govern a mission-critical data centre account, owning delivery, client relationships, and financial performance. You will coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to meet SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations while driving improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in account/facilities/datacenter operations, strong governance and leadership, and solid budgeting, forecast, and procurement oversight capabilities in a client-facing

Qualifications

• Experience in account governance, client relationships and service performance reviews.
• Strong leadership and governance across multiple stakeholders and service lines.
• Solid financial awareness including budget tracking, forecasting, cost control, and procurement oversight.
• Proven ability to manage SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own overall account delivery and governance, ensuring services meet contractual requirements and client expectations.
• Act as primary account leadership point for client, managing performance, risks and improvement plans.
• Maintain governance routines, reporting cadence, meeting rhythms, decision logs and escalation pathways.
• Oversee procurement, invoicing, and vendor administration with finance and admin teams.
• Lead the account team, set priorities, and align resources to commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement across governance, financial control and vendor management.
