Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore (Part of The HEINEKEN Company) is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead who can translate business needs into scalable data solutions and insights across commercial, supply chain and corporate functions.

The role bridges business stakeholders, external vendors and regional tech teams, requiring strong SQL, Python and BI skills, plus the ability to own solution design, drive adoption and deliver measurable business value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a technical or technical-functional Data Analytics, BI, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering or related role.
• Hands-on experience with data, analytics tools or technical solutions.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and translating business problems into practical technology solutions.
• Experience working with external vendors or cross-functional technical teams is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain and Corporate Functions to understand business priorities and translate them into data solutions.
• Evaluate approaches, define data architectures, integrations and analytics solutions with vendors and regional teams.
• Review vendor proposals, solution designs and validate technical assumptions.
• Ensure data quality, scalability, maintainability and cost-effectiveness of solutions.
• Develop dashboards, prototypes or automation to deliver business insights and promote self-service analytics.
• Own solution outcomes, user adoption and measurable business value beyond project timelines.
