Job summary

Hudson RPO Asia Pacific is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to guide regional data initiatives from our Singapore headquarter. The role focuses on advancing analytics across supply chain, finance, and manufacturing functions, and requires strong stakeholder partnering and hands-on SQL expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• 6–8 years of proven experience in data analytics and BI development with automation in an enterprise environment (with large datasets).
• Prior experience driving data analytics initiatives at group/global level would be highly preferred.
• Strong evidence of business partnering in data analysis with business stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting supply chain, Finance and/or manufacturing business functions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Experience in data analysis techniques including root cause analysis, gap analysis, and trend analysis.
• Familiar with Agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration.
• You MUST BE based in Singapore currently and has relevant work experience in Singapore.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 6 to 8 years of proven experience in data analytics and BI development with automation in an enterprise environment (with large datasets)
