Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore (Part of The HEINEKEN Company) seeks a proactive, business-oriented Business Partner - Data & AI to drive adoption of data, analytics, AI and digital technologies clubbed with business transformation initiatives. You will partner with Commercial, Supply Chain and Corporate Functions to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Business are advantageous.
3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Applied Data Science, Data Engineering, AI Solutions, Digital Transformation, Business Technology or related areas.
Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to identify problems and deliver technology-enabled solutions.
Experience coordinating initiatives across business and technology teams.
Experience working in Agile or similar project delivery environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain and Corporate Functions to understand business priorities, challenges and opportunities where data, AI, digital solutions and technology can improve business performance.
Translate business requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions.
Identify opportunities where analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, automation and emerging technologies can improve business outcomes.
Work closely with regional technology, data engineering, analytics and AI teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.
Support the implementation of dashboards, self-service analytics, data products, AI use cases and digital solutions.
Support broader business technology and digital transformation initiatives where required, including process digitization, automation, system integration and improvement of existing business applications.
