Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics (or equivalent analytical exposure).
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query/Power Pivot); PowerPoint; Power BI.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with office and field teams.
• Python/R is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Identify recurring manual tasks and redesign workflows to reduce cycle time and errors.
• Build automation using Excel Power Query/Power Pivot, Power BI dataflows, and/or Python (where applicable).
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into clean, standardized datasets (single source of truth).
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting packs for stakeholders.
• Create clear metric definitions and user guides for self-serve usage.
• Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials for new automated workflows.
• Support ad-hoc analytics requests tied to improving repeatable processes.
