Job summary

DXC Technology in Singapore invites graduates to join the Data & AI GRIT Programme as a Trainee. You will work with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Solution Architects on data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML projects within a global IT services environment.

The role focuses on hands-on experience across data collection, ETL, dashboards, and model development, with mentorship and structured training. Open to fresh graduates with no prior work experience who are ready for a full-time

Qualifications

• Graduated 2024–2026 from university/polytechnic/ITE or equivalent
• No prior working experience
• Available for full-time traineeship (6 months) in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection, cleansing, transformation for analytics and AI/ML projects
• Support development and testing of data pipelines and ETL processes
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Participate in ML model development and evaluation under supervision
• Research emerging AI and data engineering technologies
• Document technical processes and project findings
• Perform data validation and quality assurance
• Support presentations and technical documentation
• Participate in agile ceremonies and knowledge-sharing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI initiatives
