We+ Asia is seeking a versatile delivery leader to operate across the full engagement lifecycle, from shaping the solution with clients to owning delivery end-to-end. • 7+ years across software delivery, data/AI programme management, consulting, or digital transformation with end-to-end ownership.
• Hands-on experience across the full delivery lifecycle on data or AI projects.
• Genuine data and AI fluency — understand data pipelines, cloud platforms, ML deployment and AI concepts to lead technical conversations.

Role Summary

We+ Asia, in partnership with PhoenixDX, is growing its project delivery capability and we are looking for someone who can operate across the full engagement lifecycle — from shaping the solution with the client to owning the delivery end-to-end. This is a dual-brand role, combining We+ Asia’s staffing and consulting expertise with PhoenixDX’s fixed-price AI and digital delivery practice. Hands-on and versatile, this position sits at the crossroads of pre-sales, data & AI advisory, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Shape the Solution

• Lead solution design workshops with clients — understand their data, AI, and digital transformation challenges and translate them into scoped, costed delivery proposals.
• Define the right engagement model for each mandate — fixed price, T&M, co-delivery, or managed services — and structure it commercially.
• Build compelling SOWs, delivery plans, and governance frameworks tailored to each client context.
• Advise clients on data architecture, AI use case prioritisation, and platform selection — acting as a trusted technical advisor, not just a project manager.
• Contribute to We+ Asia and PhoenixDX’s joint positioning as a credible delivery partner in data, AI, and digital transformation across HK and SG markets.

Support Pre-Sales & Win Work

• Join and lead pre-sales conversations with CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Digital, and transformation sponsors — credibly discussing data platforms, AI implementation, and delivery approaches.
• Translate client challenges into compelling proposals and scopes of work — with clear delivery approaches, team structures, and commercial models.
• Partner with the We+ sales team to convert staffing relationships into project mandates — you bring the delivery credibility they need to close.
• Support the commercial cycle from qualification to signed SOW — with a clear understanding of what it takes to scope and price a project correctly.
• Identify expansion opportunities within active accounts — additional workstreams, new use cases, follow‑on projects.

Deliver Projects

• Lead delivery on data, AI, and digital transformation engagements: governance, risk, scope, budget, and timeline — from kick‑off to go‑live.
• Manage cross‑functional delivery teams — data engineers, AI specialists, developers, BAs, and client‑side resources — maintaining coherence across workstreams.
• Ensure architectural quality on data and AI projects — pipeline design, model deployment, integration patterns, platform choices — with a hands‑on understanding of what good looks like.
• Translate complex data and AI topics into clear business communication for senior stakeholders — you can talk to a data engineer and a CFO in the same day and be understood by both.
• Drive quality, velocity, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in information Technology or related fields.
• Over 7 years across software delivery, data/AI programme management, consulting, or digital transformation — with a clear track record of owning projects end-to-end.
• Hands‑on experience across the full delivery lifecycle on data or AI projects: discovery, scoping, build, testing, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support.
• Genuine data and AI fluency — you understand data pipelines, cloud platforms, ML deployment, and agentic AI well enough to lead technical conversations with clients and challenge delivery teams.
• Comfortable in pre‑sales: shaping solutions, writing proposals, presenting to senior stakeholders, and contributing to commercial conversations without needing a sales team to carry you.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships at a senior level — you earn trust through competence and follow‑through, not just relationship management.
• Exceptional communication skills — equally fluent in technical depth and business impact; can write a sharp SOW and present it clearly to a board.

Preferred

• Background in a consulting firm, digital transformation agency, or technology integrator.
• Hands‑on familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), or AI/ML frameworks — you don’t need to code, but you need to know what you’re talking about.
• Experience delivering in financial services, utilities, enterprise, or regulated industries in APAC.
• Prior exposure to bid writing, RFP responses, or proposal development.
• Cantonese is a plus in order to effectively communicate within the HK market.

What Success Looks Like

• First project delivery completed on scope, on time, and with a satisfied client who asks for the next engagement.
• Pre‑sales contributions that convert — you are regularly in client conversations, your proposals land, and your input is requested before the sales team goes in alone.
• 2+ data or AI projects active simultaneously by end of Year 1 — delivered with quality and generating referrals.
• You are known internally as the person who makes delivery credible — the sales team brings you into conversations because you raise the quality of the pitch.
• A growing portfolio of delivery references in data, AI, and digital transformation.
