Xcellink Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Cybersecurity Technical Account Manager. The role blends deep security expertise with business leadership to drive our cybersecurity service offerings and customer success.

You will translate technical insights into viable services, engage customers as trusted advisors, and work with Sales, Delivery, and Solution Architects to shape pricing, governance, and go-to-market strategies. Relevant 8–10 years of experience and hands-on tool knowledge preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 8 to 10 years of working experience, with 3 to 5 years in cybersecurity or related technical roles.
• Experience in customer-facing or project-based work with coordination and technical discussions.
• Strong interest in advancing into cybersecurity leadership, service management, or technical account management.
• Prior experience in solutioning, SOC operations, or security engineering is a plus.
• Familiarity with governance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls) and regulatory requirements (PDPA, MAS TRM).

Aufgaben

• Lead development and enhancement of cybersecurity service offerings, including managed security services, advisory services, assessments, and technology solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, demand drivers, and competitive offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Solution Architects, and Leadership to define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Support business development with proposals, service catalogs, and client-facing materials.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices.
• Act as the main technical contact for key customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Review architectures, hardening guides, and security controls to ensure best practices across deployments.
