Job summary

Singtel Group is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Leader to define the enterprise security strategy for Enterprise Services and to drive governance, SOC/ASOC operations, and secure service delivery.

You will engage with C-level customers and internal executives, shape security by design, and lead a distributed team across security functions. The role demands 15+ years of leadership in cyber security and strong crisis management, governance, and incident response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline. Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience across cyber security, security operations, managed services, enterprise security governance or ICT service delivery.
• Proven leadership in SOC / ASOC operations, incident response, customer-facing security service delivery and governance/risk/compliance environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Cyber & Enterprise Security strategy aligned to Enterprise Services priorities and Singtel’s commitments.
• Develop multi-year cyber capability roadmap across governance, operations, service delivery, automation and workforce capability.
• Drive cyber transformation, AI-enabled security operations, standardisation and productivity improvement across the Cyber organisation.
• Represent Enterprise Services in cyber strategy forums, executive governance discussions and major customer or regulatory engagements.
• Lead security governance, policies, standards, risk management and compliance activities across Enterprise Services.
• Oversee security audits, control assessments, risk remediation, exception management and assurance reporting.
• Lead all security monitoring, detection, investigation, escalation and response capabilities across the ASOC function.
• Own end-to-end delivery and operational performance of customer-facing managed security services across implementation, transition and steady-state support.
• Provide security oversight for strategic customer opportunities, major programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Engage senior stakeholders, executives, vendors and governance bodies to strengthen trust and service confidence.
• Build succession plans, certification pathways and future-ready capabilities in SOC, cloud security, AI security, cyber resilience and managed services.
