Job summary

michael page (personnel) pte. ltd. is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to shape and own the organisation's security strategy and roadmap. You will oversee governance, risk, audits, and the end-to-end security program while guiding SOC operations and threat intelligence teams.

You will drive automation and AI-enabled security, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate with executives to align security with business objectives across digital transformation initiatives in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cybersecurity strategy and enterprise-wide security operations.
• Strong expertise in SOC/ASOC management, incident response, threat intelligence, and cyber resilience.
• Deep understanding of security governance, risk, compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing managed security services and service delivery teams.
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders, customers, regulators, and business leaders.
• Proven leader with experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing cybersecurity teams.
• Holds CISSP, CISM, CRISC, and/or ISO27001 certifications.
• Experience in automation and AI-enabled security operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and transformation initiatives across the organisation.

• Build and lead high-performing cybersecurity teams and drive capability development and workforce transformation.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation, standardisation, and continuous service improvement.
