Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking Senior/Lead Cybersecurity Engineers to implement, manage and continuously optimise their cybersecurity landscape.

You will work with modern security platforms, influence architecture, and collaborate with Technology, Security Operations, Risk & Compliance teams. Ideal candidates have 12+ years in cybersecurity, hands-on experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Trend Micro EDR, Elastic SIEM and Tenable, and hold relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in cybersecurity, information security or security engineering.
• Hands-on with enterprise security tools and platforms.
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001, NIST and regulatory requirements.
• Cloud security certifications (AWS Security Specialty or equivalent) preferred.
• Unix/Linux scripting experience and strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and manage enterprise security tools and platforms.
• Monitor and optimise security controls to protect critical systems and data.
• Support vulnerability management, PAM, incident response and risk remediation.
• Contribute to security solution design and platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot complex security platform issues and support incident & change management processes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors on security initiatives.
• Support security audits, compliance activities and reporting requirements.

Respnsibilities

• Implement, configure and manage enterprise security tools and platforms
• Monitor, tune and optimise security controls to protect critical systems and data
• Support vulnerability management, privileged access management (PAM), incident response and risk remediation
• Contribute to security solution design, technology improvement projects and platform enhancements
• Troubleshoot complex security platform issues and support incident & change management processes
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors on key security initiatives
• Support security audits, compliance activities and reporting requirements
• Identify and implement automation opportunities and new technologies to strengthen security posture

Requirement

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, security engineering or related fields
• Strong hands‑on experience with enterprise security technologies such as CyberArk / BeyondTrust, Trend Micro / EDR, Elastic SIEM and Tenable (Vulnerability Management)
• Proven track record implementing, configuring and managing security tools in large enterprise environments
• Solid understanding of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) and regulatory requirements
• Relevant cloud security certifications (e.g. AWS Security Specialty or equivalent) preferred
• Hands‑on experience in Unix/Linux environments and scripting (shell scripting), with strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience leading or mentoring high-performing teams, delivering operational excellence and meeting SLAs
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC (or equivalent) will be an advantage
