Job summary

Careerally Pte Ltd is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to support the implementation, management and optimisation of enterprise cybersecurity solutions across on‑prem, cloud and hybrid environments.

You will implement, configure and monitor security tools, lead vulnerability management and incident response, and collaborate with risk, compliance and external vendors on security initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Hands-on with enterprise security tools: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Trend Micro/EDR, Elastic SIEM, Tenable.
• Experience deploying security controls across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments (AWS a plus).
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST or SOC 2 and risk management.
• Certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CISA/CRISC advantageous.

Join a leading organisation as a Cybersecurity Manager, supporting the implementation, management and optimisation of enterprise cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and manage enterprise security tools and platforms.
• Monitor and optimise security controls across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments.
• Support vulnerability management, privileged access management, incident response and security risk remediation.
• Participate in security solution design, implementation and technology improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot security platform issues and support incident and change management activities.
• Work with Technology, Security Operations, Risk & Compliance and external vendors on security initiatives.
• Support security audits, compliance requirements and security reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve security processes through automation and new technologies.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, security engineering or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies such as CyberArk/BeyondTrust, Trend Micro/EDR, Elastic SIEM and Tenable (Vulnerability Management).
• Experience implementing, configuring and managing security tools in an enterprise environment including security services across platforms such as AWS.
• Good understanding of security frameworks, risk management and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 27001, NIST or SOC 2.
• Experience in banking, fintech or other regulated environments will be an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or equivalent are advantageous.
