Morgan Mckinley Pte Ltd is partnering to recruit a Lead Cybersecurity Operations Engineer to lead a team, maintain security infrastructure and provide hands-on technical support across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity Engineering, Security Infrastructure, Security Operations or IT Security Support.
• Hands-on experience implementing, maintaining or troubleshooting cybersecurity solutions.
• Good technical knowledge in Network Security, Firewalls and IDS/IPS; Endpoint Protection and Antivirus Solutions; IAM; Security Infrastructure Monitoring and Maintenance; Vulnerability Assessment and Patch Management.
• Experience leading, mentoring or supervising engineers.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of cybersecurity engineers in daily operations, system maintenance and technical support activities.
• Oversee maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of enterprise cybersecurity infrastructure and platforms.
• Manage security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection and IAM.
• Support Day 1 implementation and Day 2 operational maintenance to ensure reliability and security.
• Investigate security incidents and coordinate escalations with technology vendors.
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments and patch management; support remediation activities.
• Collaborate with network, infrastructure and IT teams to resolve issues and drive security improvements.
• Assist security audits by preparing technical documentation, logs and compliance reports.
• Maintain operational procedures, incident records and maintenance reports.

You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability and security of enterprise cybersecurity systems, working closely with engineering teams, technology vendors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of cybersecurity engineers in daily operations, system maintenance and technical support activities.
• Oversee the maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of enterprise cybersecurity infrastructure and security platforms.
• Manage security technologies including firewalls, endpoint protection, antivirus solutions, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) and identity and access management (IAM).
• Support Day 1 implementation and Day 2 operational maintenance activities to ensure security systems remain reliable and effective.
• Investigate security incidents, perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate escalations with technology vendors when necessary.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, coordinate patch management and support remediation activities.
• Work closely with network, infrastructure and IT teams to resolve technical issues and implement security improvements.
• Support security audits by preparing relevant technical documentation, logs and compliance reports.
• Maintain operational procedures, incident records, system documentation and maintenance reports.

Requirements
