Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior security leader to architect, implement, operate and continuously improve enterprise information security platforms including PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, DLP, WAF and vulnerability management.

You will drive governance and regulatory alignment (NIST, ISO 27001, ISMS, SOC 2), lead the Security Engineering team, set service standards, dashboards, major incident support and vendor management, and push automation and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, network security or data security.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise security tech and platforms.
• Strong understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, ISMS, SOC 2, risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead security engineering/operations teams and manage vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, implementation, operation and continuous improvement of enterprise security platforms.
• Drive governance, metrics, dashboards and incident support; manage vendors and budgets.
• Develop security standards, strategy and roadmaps aligned with business and regulatory needs.
