Job summary

Singtel is seeking a senior leader to define and guide network cybersecurity strategy across the Group, collaborating with global OpCos and regional teams. You will establish architecture principles, governance, and future-ready security controls for core, access, transport, cloud, and edge networks, while translating industry standards into practical solutions.

You will drive cross‑functional engagement, manage risk, and promote security-by-design across the Group, with emphasis on regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in telecommunications networks with deep network cybersecurity expertise.
• Proven track record in technical leadership, architecture or strategy within a telco environment.
• Experience defining and implementing network security frameworks across multiple domains.
• Ability to translate standards into practical, deployable controls.
• Experience coordinating with regional OpCos and affiliates and managing regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Strategy development: shape the network security strategy aligned with business goals and risks.
• Network architecture governance: create a group‑wide security framework and ensure adoption.
• Technology evaluation: assess emerging trends like quantum safe tech, 5G/6G, AI networks.
• Group collaboration: foster knowledge sharing across Singtel Group and regional associates.
• Leadership: lead through influence in a matrixed organisation and communicate with stakeholders.
