Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a seasoned technical leader in network cybersecurity to set strategic direction, define design principles, and guide architecture across multiple network domains. The role collaborates with Group Cybersecurity and regional OpCos to ensure regulatory readiness and resilience.

The successful candidate will translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, actionable guidance for senior stakeholders and drive proactive risk and incident management across the Group.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecommunications networks with cybersecurity expertise.
• Experience leading in a matrix organisation across OpCos and regions.
• Proven ability to translate security principles into practical controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the network security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead development of a group-wide network security architecture framework.
• Guide deployment of security controls across core, access, transport, cloud and edge.
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging tech like 6G and AI-enabled networks.
• Translate complex concepts into actionable leadership recommendations.
• Foster communities of practice and proactive risk management across the Group.
