Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage export documentation and compliance. You will prepare invoices, packing lists, and certificates, and ensure accurate records.

You will coordinate customs clearance, liaise with freight forwarders and warehouses, and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery. A diploma or degree in logistics and 1–3 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in export documentation, customs clearance, logistics, or international trade operations.
• Good understanding of export declaration procedures and shipping documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of Singapore Customs regulations, HS Codes, and trade compliance practices is a plus.
• Experience with ERP or SAP systems would be beneficial.

• Coordinate export customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and trade requirements.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipment documentation to facilitate smooth export operations.
• Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate export declarations, customs clearance, transportation, and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, factories, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment execution.
• Maintain accurate shipment and customer records in internal systems, while supporting audits, compliance reviews, and continuous process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in export documentation, customs clearance, logistics, or international trade operations.
