Job summary

The incumbent will process and monitor transactions and inventory movements in SAP, track shipments, and keep stakeholders updated with timely information. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, or inventory coordination.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders, spare parts requests, consignment replenishment, and RMA activities.
• Process and monitor transactions, orders, deliveries, and inventory movements in SAP.
• Liaise with Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, Quality, and Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records to support operational and audit requirements.
• Support issue resolution and continuous process improvement initiatives.
