Job summary

SG Gymnastic Academy PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service coordinator to act as the frontline representative, shaping perceptions and experiences with the brand.

You will handle inquiries, manage schedules, and support coaches to ensure smooth operations and a positive learning environment. You will liaise with parents, students, and partners, maintain records in the CRM, manage merchandise and invoicing, and assist with events, competitions, and facility requests to keep the academy well

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and consistent customer service to stakeholders to ensure a positive experience
• Manage parent and student communications about class schedules and updates across multiple platforms
• Resolve escalated inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and retention
• Support coaches by tabulating student assessments, preparing reports, and delivering results
• Maintain accurate communication with the coaching team to ensure information consistency
• Update and manage student records and class schedules in CRM
• Monitor inventory levels for merchandise to ensure availability
• Issue term invoices and process merchandise sales accurately and timely
• Liaise with building management on maintenance issues and facility requests
• Ensure the academy venue is clean, safe, and well-presented at all times
• Handle correspondence with the Singapore Gymnastics Association professionally
• Support management in coordinating trainings, competitions, and events
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance on customer service initiatives
• Comply with the child safe sport commitment to ensure student safety
• Perform ad-hoc duties to support academy operations
