Job summary

Job Express Services Pte Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Executive to join the Jurong East team. The role covers processing orders, sample approvals, updating delivery schedules and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Work hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, with a basic salary up to SGD 3,500 monthly. The candidate will handle inquiries, complaints, delivery issues, and order changes, while ensuring accurate SAP updates and smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Bilingual is preferred.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Process and confirm customer orders, manage sample approvals and update delivery schedules.
• Handle enquiries, complaints, delivery issues, order changes and stock updates.
• Prepare and maintain DOs, invoices and shipping docs; update SAP records accurately.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Support audits, reports and management requests related to orders and service performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Process and confirm customer orders, manage sample approvals, update delivery schedules, and monitor orders to handle delays or issues.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, delivery issues, order changes, and stock updates while maintaining good customer relationships.
• Prepare and maintain DOs, invoices, and shipping documents where required, and update orders, delivery status, and customer records in SAP accurately and according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs to ensure smooth order execution, shipment, and delivery.
• Support audits, reports, and management requests related to customer orders and service performance.
