Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics order specialist to receive, process, and validate purchase orders and manage delivery orders for outbound shipments.

You will coordinate with warehouse teams, transporters, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation. Responsibilities include handling customer enquiries by email or phone about order status and delivery schedules, while adhering to SOPs.

• 1 year experience in customer service dealing with PO/DO.

• Receive, process, and validate Purchase Orders (PO) in the system according to SOPs.
• Prepare, issue, and manage Delivery Orders (DO) for outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and logistics partners to arrange deliveries.
• Handle customer enquiries via email or phone regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.

Location: Jurong
Working hour: Mon - Fri (8am - 530pm)

Duties:

• Receive, process, and validate Purchase Orders (PO) in the system in accordance with SOPs
• Prepare, issue, and manage Delivery Orders (DO) for outbound shipments
• Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and logistics partners to arrange deliveries
• Handle customer enquiries via email or phone regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation

Requirement:

• Require some lifting if required (up to 10kg)
• 1 year experience in customer service dealing with PO/DO
