Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, RTX business, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to drive seamless customer support, accurate commercial processing and timely cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare quotations, review invoices for accuracy, and collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Operations and Finance to ensure compliant pricing and timely quotation activities. Experience in SAP and VBA is a valuable advantage.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Aerospace, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent working experience in related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
  • Ability to interpret technical and commercial information for quotation and invoicing activities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in programming, VBA, and SAP is an advantage.
  • Experience in aerospace, MRO, manufacturing or similar technical service industries.
  • Prior exposure to customer service, quotation management, or billing/invoicing processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms).

Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless customer support, accurate commercial processing and timely cross-functional coordination.
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations based on technical inputs, service scope and established pricing guidelines.
  • Perform detailed invoice reviews to ensure billing accuracy, contractual compliance and alignment with agreed pricing structures.
  • Manage customer enquiries relating to pricing, service status, lead times and scope clarification.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Operations and Finance to facilitate accurate and timely quotation and invoicing processes.
  • Monitor work orders and ensure accurate cost capture and commercial setup within internal systems.
  • Support the resolution of pricing discrepancies, invoice disputes and customer claims.
  • Maintain accurate customer, quotation and transactional records across relevant systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on invoicing efficiency, quotation turnaround time and customer responsiveness.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the organisation.

What You Will Do
