Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage the Order-to-Cash process and export shipping activities for APAC markets. The role is based in Jurong East with a hybrid arrangement after the initial training period and a 6-month contract, with potential conversion or extension.

Salary ranges SGD 3,200–4,000 per month and standard working hours 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in Order-to-Cash processes and export/shipping context.
• Proficient in SAP order management.
• Customer-focused with APAC market exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) process from order receipt through fulfilment.
• Process customer orders accurately using SAP.
• Provide sales and customer service support for designated APAC markets.
• Coordinate preparation of shipping and export documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and requests for product samples.
• Coordinate with Trade Compliance / Foreign Trade teams on customer profiles, End Use Certificates and trade restrictions.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Legal teams.
• Follow up on credit, logistics, shipment and order-related matters.
• Support smooth and timely delivery of customer orders.
