Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver high-quality service in a customer-facing role in Singapore. You will identify customers’ needs, assess them promptly, and maintain a high level of satisfaction through effective service delivery.

You will own customers’ problems, follow through to resolution within SLAs, and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Accountabilities,responsibilities and main duties:

Abilityto deliver professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing role

Identifycustomers’ needs and have them assessed to maintain a continuous high level ofcustomer service delivery and satisfaction

Takingownershipof customers’ problems and follow through effectively and efficientlyto resolution within the SLAs.

Keymember of the customer support function in establishing continuous improvement of processes to promote customer satisfaction

Maintainclose liaison with all other departments to have a good understanding of the operational flow and ensure seamless client experience
