Job summary

Eclado Singapore is seeking a receptionist/front desk lead at The Centrepoint, 176 Orchard Road, Singapore 238843. The role is full-time with a monthly salary of S$2,600–S$5,000 depending on experience, plus incentives.

Hours include six weekday rest days per month, and the position includes staff treatment and product allowance with training and no hard-sell targets. You will welcome clients, handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and social media, manage bookings and reminders, and keep

• Client-facing experience in beauty, spa, clinic, retail or hospitality.
• Warm, calm and accurate demeanor.
• Proficient with email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
• Written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and keep reception tidy.
• Answer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email and social media.
• Manage bookings, changes and reminders; keep therapists and rooms on schedule.
• Keep client records, CRM and website information up to date.
• Sell and activate memberships; track vouchers and expiry dates.
• Process payments and prepare daily sales reports.
• Handle product orders, collections and stock.
• Assist with marketing promotions.
• Resolve client concerns, escalating when needed.
