Job summary

PERFORMANCE MICRO INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a motivated Customer Service and Logistics Associate. You will liaise with clients by email and phone, enter orders in SAP, and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time shipments. You will prepare shipping documents (LC, bills of lading, AWB), assist with invoicing and purchasing, and coordinate with factory teams and forwarders. Training will be provided as you support daily operations in a busy logistics and export environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel and Word.
• 1+ year experience in customer service or logistics would be an advantage.
• Entry level candidates with training will be considered.
• Ability to handle English and Mandarin queries related to documents.

Responsibilities

• Process orders daily using SAP and coordinate with factory teams.
• Prepare shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading/ AWB).
• Follow up and monitor delivery of outstanding orders and support shipments.
• Handle daily order processing, purchasing, invoicing.
• Coordinate with clients/agents/sea carriers/forwarders with timely information.

• Provide excellent customer service, liaise with clients through e-mail and phone.
• Using SAP system to key in Sales Order, purchasing order, invoicing
• Follow up and to monitor delivery of outstanding customers’ orders and provide customer support for shipments
• Responsible for daily order processing, purchasing, invoicing
• Prepare Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading/ AWB)
• To co-ordinate with factory team for production progress and export/import shipment preparation
• Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis
• Training will be provided

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Responsible, positive attitude, be able to work independently and as a team player
• Basic computer literacy and good knowledge in Microsoft office.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel and Word etc.
• Min 1 year experience in customer service or logistic/supply chain/shipping industry would be an advantage.
• Entry level candidates without experience will be considered to apply as training will be provided.
• To handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the documents related matter and to liaise with peer base in Taiwan and China
