Job summary

Coastlink Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily vessel operations, licenses, permits and shipping documents, ensuring cargo movements run on schedule and in regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or any other equivalent.
• Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.
• Passion for customer service and a good team player.
• Background in a similar or related role strongly preferred.
• Singaporean/ PR/ Malaysian are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining all government licenses and statutory certifications.
• Coordinating daily vessel operations and shipment schedules.
• Monitoring cargo movements and delivery arrangements.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, vessel crews and government authorities

• Ensuring compliance with MPA, Customs and other regulatory requirements.
• Supervising operational staff where required.
• Performing any other duties reasonably assigned by the Employer.
