Job summary

Watch Exchange Pte Ltd is a leading boutique for the buying, selling, and trading of pre-owned luxury watches. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team.

You will handle watch purchasing inquiries, price negotiation, servicing coordination, authentication, documentation, and assist with photography, listings, and bookkeeping. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; retail hours include weekends; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Prior luxury watch or pawnshop experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Independent and goal-oriented with reliability.

Responsibilities

• Handle watch purchasing, price negotiation, and customer enquiries.
• Manage servicing, repairs, protective film applications, and inventory.
• Assist with watch authentication and related documentation.
• Support sales and marketing through product photography, editing, and listings.
• Perform administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
• Liaise with the Virtual Assistant team and handle ad-hoc duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Able to commit to retail hours (including weekends), 5 days per week.
