Job summary

WATCH REPAIR SERVICE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is looking for a customer-focused Sales & Service Associate to support luxury watch customers in our Singapore store. You will assist with watch sales, service enquiries, and register watches for servicing while maintaining strong client relationships.

We seek candidates with at least 1 year in luxury watch retail or related fields, who are well-groomed, articulate, and capable of explaining common watch issues. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Retail, Sales, or related field.
• At least 1 year of luxury watch sales or luxury retail experience.
• Experience in luxury watch industry, jewellery, luxury goods, or after-sales service.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer operations.
• Strong sales and customer engagement skills and ability to understand needs.
• Explain common watch issues such as timekeeping, water damage, winding, scratches, and movement faults.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Well-groomed, professional and comfortable interacting with diverse customers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Retail, Sales, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in luxury watch sales, luxury retail, customer service, or direct customer-facing roles
• Experience in luxury watch industry, jewellery, luxury goods, or after-sales service
• Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer operations
• Strong sales and customer engagement skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Ability to identify and explain common watch-related issues such as timekeeping, water damage, winding, scratches, and movement faults (technical repair knowledge not required)
