Job summary

WATCH REPAIR SERVICE CENTRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused luxury watch sales associate to deliver a personalised shopping experience, handle product enquiries, and register watches for servicing.

You will liaise with watchmakers, maintain accurate customer records, and help drive after-sales service while upholding high standards of presentation and professionalism in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in business, retail, sales, or related field.
• Strong sales and customer engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Experience in luxury watch or luxury retail is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in luxury watch sales, luxury retail, customer service, or direct customer-facing roles


• Experience in luxury watch industry, jewellery, luxury goods, or after-sales service


• Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer operations


• Strong sales and customer engagement skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services


• Ability to identify and explain common watch-related issues such as timekeeping, water damage, winding, scratches, and movement faults (technical repair knowledge not required)


• Fast thinker with a flexible and adaptable approach to customers and situations


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
