Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Manager in Tuas to lead the service team, drive performance, develop customer relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure service excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in customer service. Compensation includes a basic salary of SGD 4,000–4,200, handphone reimbursement, transport allowance, and a sign-on bonus (T&C apply).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, or a related field.
• At least 2 years in a Customer Service Supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the customer service team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee handling of sales leads and invoicing procedures.
• Drive digital transformation through new systems or software.
• Manage major client accounts and conduct service reviews.
• Collaborate with Business Development to align service delivery with requirements.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Operations to ensure smooth customer service.
