Job summary

Mitsui-Soko (Singapore) (Pte) Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to handle inquiries, resolve issues and provide service information to customers while supporting administrative tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will coordinate with the warehouse operations team, prepare weekly and monthly inventory and billing reports, and ensure proper verification and documentation of all completed jobs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required.
• Preferably 1 year local admin/customer service experience.
• Must be proficient in English and PC usage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and resolve issues for customers.
• Provide service information and ensure orders are processed.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations team.
• Generate inventory, stock and billing reports weekly and monthly.
• Interface with customers to answer queries.
• Accurate verification, recording and documentation of all jobs.
• Any other duties as assigned.
