Job summary

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in customer service or sales support; logistics/trading distribution advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Chinese speaking ability required to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate with Operations and Accounts for billing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation, PODs, and records.
• Follow SOPs and uphold professional communication standards.
• Liaise with Accounts on invoicing and payment status.
• Assist in resolving issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
