The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Indoor Customer Support Officer to join their team in Singapore. The role involves handling phone inquiries, generating quotations, and processing sales orders to ensure timely delivery.

The candidate should be motivated to learn the company’s product range and support sales processes. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with alternate Saturday morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answering of phone calls
• Preparing Sales Quotations and Issuing of Sales Orders
• Follow up of sales orders until delivery is fulfilled
• Eager to learn company’s range of products
