Job summary

BOONG POULTRY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries on products and pricing, and process orders.

You will coordinate with departments to ensure timely deliveries, assist with documentation, and support outbound sales calls. The role requires good communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a busy retail/F&B environment.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level/ITE Certificate or equivalent with minimum 1-year Customer Service/Telemarketing experience.
• Proven customer support experience.
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays on rotating shifts.
• Preferably with experience in Retail or F&B industries.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Attend inbound calls and provides customer service to the public.
• Responds to customer inquiries; provides information regarding products specification, selling price, and/or other Sales matters.
• Receives and processes order requests.
• Coordinate with respective departments to ensure delivery completion
• Making outbound calls to solicit Sales orders.
• Assists customers requesting documentations.
• Receives and processes order requests including new customers and inactive customers.
• Conducts a variety of routine clerical tasks including data entry and copying, filing, and faxing documentation.
• Miscellaneous tasks.
