Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Jurong East is seeking a Customer Service Executive (JT-1046). You will process and confirm customer orders, manage sample approvals, and monitor delivery schedules to address delays.

You will handle customer enquiries and complaints, update records in SAP, and coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth order execution. Working hours are Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with a basic salary up to SGD 3,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP for order entry and record updates.

Responsibilities

• Process and confirm orders, manage sample approvals, update delivery schedules, and monitor to address delays.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, delivery issues, order changes, and stock updates with good relationships.
• Prepare and maintain DOs, invoices, shipping docs, and update orders in SAP per procedures.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, and suppliers to ensure smooth order execution.
• Support audits, reports, and management requests related to orders and service performance.
