Job summary

PERSOL Singapore PTE LTD is hiring Customer Service Executives to join a dynamic call centre team in Singapore. The role focuses on handling customer enquiries by phone, using CRM systems, and maintaining quality service through knowledge bases.

You will also assist with UAT and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will undergo four days of paid pre-training before commencing work, with training held at Novena Square Office Tower.
