Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is hiring a Customer Service Executive (Modern Trade) to handle orders and inquiries from our Senoko base.

You will process orders accurately, respond to queries via phone, email, or chat, and coordinate with sales and logistics to ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has at least GCE N/O levels and proven customer service experience, preferably in food service or hospitality. Familiarity with order processing systems; SAP S4 and Excel skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in food service or hospitality.
• Proficient in order processing systems; familiar with SAP S4 and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our designated systems or software.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing any concerns or questions related to orders, delivery, or products.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring proper documentation of orders, modifications, and cancellations.
• Assist in the resolution of customer complaints or escalations, striving to achieve positive outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously improve customer service procedures and processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Provide insights and feedback to management based on customer interactions to improve products or services.
