Job summary

ERA Singapore is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for Real Estate Salespersons, delivering timely and professional assistance on licensing, onboarding and day-to-day HR matters.

Reporting to AVP of Associates HR, you will coordinate with internal departments to support onboarding, licensing and agency collateral creation, while maintaining excellent service.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of front desk/customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and email/calendar apps.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline services and perform admin tasks.
• Assist with licensing, onboarding and recruitment support for RES.
• Handle walk-in, phone and email inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain filing and confidential documents in order.
• Support creation of agency collaterals and related graphics.
