Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a diligent professional to support customer service and logistics operations. You will respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, coordinate end-to-end shipment activities, and maintain accurate records in our systems.

You will liaise with internal teams, vendors and overseas customers to ensure smooth operations, manage documentation, invoicing and cost recording, and handle complaints with timely, effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures and applicable external requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of customer, shipment and operational information in the relevant systems.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipment activities, including document preparation, manifest processing, invoicing and cost recording.
• Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders and overseas customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, warehouses and transport subcontractors to facilitate timely shipment handling and delivery.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through clear, proactive and effective communication.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, provide suitable solutions or alternatives within established timelines, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Perform other reasonable, job-related duties as assigned by Management.
