You will coordinate with Sales, Operations and Logistics to address enquiries, process orders and maintain up-to-date customer records, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive and reliable service.
• Process customer orders, quotations and related documentation accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries and outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Prepare basic reports and provide administrative support as required.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics and other relevant departments to address customer enquiries and resolve service issues.
• Monitor order and delivery progress and communicate relevant updates to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, investigate issues where appropriate and recommend suitable solutions.
• Assist with general customer service and administrative activities.
• Perform other relevant duties and assignments as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Internal Coordination & Issue Resolution

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics and other relevant departments to address customer enquiries and resolve service issues.

Other Duties

Assist with general customer service and administrative activities.
