Job summary

For The Love of Laundry is Singapore’s #1 award-winning & eco-friendly laundry and dry-cleaning company seeking a Customer Service Executive. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with factory teams, support drivers for collections, and update case notes in the system.

A friendly, organized, and service-oriented mindset is essential for building strong customer relationships. Role is full-time with standard hours, located in West Singapore.

Qualifications

• Able to speak and write English clearly.
• Friendly, patient and service-oriented.
• Organised with good follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Reply to customer enquiries in a polite and helpful manner.
• Follow up on customer feedback, complaints and service issues.
• Work closely with the factory team to resolve customer cases.
• Support drivers on collection and delivery matters.
• Update customer information and case notes in the system.
• Keep customers informed on the status of their orders or issues.
• Provide good service and build strong customer relationships.
