Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a customer-focused Rentals Advisor to handle inquiries, advise on vehicle rental products, and guide customers through the rental process to ensure a smooth experience.

You will understand customer requirements, present suitable solutions, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfil rental requests while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or hospitality-related roles would be an advantage.
• Sales-oriented with strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide professional advice on vehicle rental products and services.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable rental solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries to secure rental opportunities.
• Manage the vehicle rental process, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Support rental sales, operational activities, and other duties as assigned by the Company.
