Job summary

SP Manufacturing Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to handle Sales Order Entry, coordinate planning with factory and Supply Chain, and manage shipments and customer invoicing. The role supports the Program group in administrative tasks and requires good Excel and communication skills.

Candidates should have a diploma or equivalent with relevant experience, ideally in EMS manufacturing, and be comfortable with planning concepts to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum NTC/Diploma with 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably having been in EMS manufacturing environment.
• Experience basic planning/scheduling understanding.
• Good knowledge in excel and communication skills.
