JSF Transformative Pte. Ltd. is seeking a friendly, proactive Part-Time Customer Service Executive to support the front desk and engage with clients at the studio.

You will actively follow up on enquiries and leads through WhatsApp and phone calls, contributing to a welcoming client experience. The role involves handling inquiries, arranging trials, coordinating bookings, and assisting with daily studio operations while promoting events and engagements with clients.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with people.
• Good communication skills in person, over WhatsApp and on the phone.
• Proactive and willing to make outbound calls.
• Responsible and organised with follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients and visitors at the studio.
• Respond to enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and other channels.
• Call new and existing leads to arrange trials and consultations.
• Follow up consistently with leads who have not responded or booked.
• Follow up with clients after trials and consultations.
• Engage existing clients and assist with bookings, scheduling and general enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and outcomes.
• Re-engage older leads and past enquiries.
• Support Personal Trainers and Physiotherapists with client coordination.
• Assist with basic front-desk administration and daily studio operations.
• Support studio promotions, events and client engagement activities.

This is not just a receptionist role. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience at the studio while actively following up with enquiries and leads through WhatsApp and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients and visitors at the studio
• Respond to enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and other channels
• Call new and existing leads to arrange trials and consultations
• Follow up consistently with leads who have not responded or booked
• Follow up with clients after trials and consultations
• Engage existing clients and assist with bookings, scheduling and general enquiries

What We're Looking For

• Basic computer and administrative skills
