Job summary

SOUL DELICACIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused team member in a busy hospitality setting. You will manage feedback and enquiries, build relationships, and assist with daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include handling orders, answering questions about the menu and specials, processing payments, and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset.
• GCE N-Level or O-Level equivalent qualification.

• -May require responding to customer after office hours & weekends.

Requirements:

• -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• -Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage data, prepare reports, use formulas and functions, and maintain accurate records efficiently.
