Job summary

Linkgap Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Singapore. The role offers a base salary of SGD 3,000–3,500 plus SGD 300 KPI allowance, and a fixed bonus of 1 month.

The work week is Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with medical allowance and training provided. You will handle customer calls, manage expectations, and log interactions in the CRM system to support service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Handles customer calls in service and general enquiry
• Ability to manage customer expectations and take ownership of customer requests
• Possess strong analytical skills to resolve customers enquiries
• Meet and/or exceed all individual and team KPI set by management
• Acquire multiple product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customer needs across different products
• To update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) system
